Ingredients
Pumpkin seeds from a pumpkinOlive oil, enough to coat the seeds
A few large pinches of Smoked Sea Salt
Instructions
Throw the seeds in some boiling water and cook for a few minutes to soften. Drain and pat dry onto a tea towel.
Toss the seeds in some olive oil to coat and a few generous pinches of Cornish Smoked Sea Salt and whack into the oven and bake for 10mins or until slightly golden and crunchy.
