Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive oil1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Carrot, finely chopped
1 Celery stick, finely chopped
500g Beef mince
11/4tsp Cornish Sea Salt Really Garlicky
2 x 400g Tin chopped tomatoes
1tbsp Tomato puree
400ml Beef stock
400g Dried spaghetti
Parmesan, to serve
Basil, to serve
Instructions
- In a large pan heat the oil and fry the onion, carrot and celery for 10 minutes until soft. Stir in the beef mince and fry for 5-8 minutes until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Stir in our Really Garlicky and add the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree to the pan, stir well to mix. Pour in the stock, bring to a boil and then reduce the temperature, simmer gently for 45 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Meanwhile cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions. Toss the sauce through the spaghetti and garnish with some parmesan and basil if you like.
