Ingredients
200g spaghetti3 tablespoons good quality olive oil
3 large garlic cloves, crushed
Handful of chopped fresh parsley
Cornish Sea Salt Crystals
Cornish Sea Salt & Peppery
Instructions
- Add the spaghetti to a large saucepan with 2 large pinches of Cornish Sea Salt Crystals and fill with boiling water. Cook as per packet instructions for 'al dente' texture.
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan set on a medium heat. Add the garlic, allowing to sizzle, before adding a good couple of pinches of Cornish Sea Salt & Peppery. The ingredients used in the blend give the perfect depth of flavour all from one single product! Tip in chopped fresh parsley and continue to cook so the oil is fragrant and infused.
- Toss through the drained spaghetti, saving some pasta water to loosen it all up. Top with extra herbs, parmesan (or swap for a veggie/vegan cheese), and a little extra salt & peppery seasoning.
