Ingredients
1 shot (25 ml) Douglas Fir Vodka50 ml grapefruit juice
50 ml tonic
Cornish Sea Salt Crystals for the rim
Instructions
- Rub the rim of your chilled glass with a slice of grapefruit and then dip the rim into Cornish Sea Salt Crystals.
- Shake your freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and vodka over ice.
- Serve with ice and a slice of grapefruit, top up with tonic and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
