Ingredients
500g red onions350ml cider vinegar
150ml water
150g caster sugar
1 tbsp Cornish Sea Salt Crystals
Instructions
- Slice the red onions as rings.
- Heat the vinegar and water until simmering, then add the sugar and salt until dissolved.
- Put the onions in a resealable jar (e.g. a Kilner jar), and pour the liquor over the sliced onions.
- Once cooled, keep in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
