Ingredients
25ml fresh lime juice, plus a lime wedge for the glassCornish Sea Salt Crystals
40ml tequila
15ml Cointreau
Handful of ice
Instructions
- Begin by running the lime wedge around the edge of a cocktail glass, then roll the edge of the glass in the salt to cover the rim.
- Place the lime juice, tequila and Cointreau in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake well. Strain into the glass and serve immediately.
