Ingredients
50gm unsalted, good quality butter1 bunch of assorted radishes
Cornish Sea Salt Flakes, Original or Smoked (you choose)
Instructions
- Rinse the radishes thoroughly.
- Cut off the end ready to be dipped into the butter.
- In a small bowl, microwave the butter for about 25-30 seconds – or until the butter is barely half melted.
- Remove from microwave and whisk until the consistency is smooth and thick and the colour is pale (similar to mayonnaise consistency).
- Dip the radishes into the tempered butter and place onto a tray.
- Finish by sprinkling salt over the top and put it into the fridge or freezer until the butter has set.
- Serve.
